Intelligence not encouraging but there are positive signs, says Johnson

Boris Johnson says that Russia has been open to conversations about Ukraine, but that intelligence and the construction of field hospitals on the border show mixed signals. The UK has been ahead of efforts to support Ukraine and counter Russian dirty money during the recent tensions, said the Prime Minister. He added that more efforts are needed to unpeel the façade of Russian owned property and companies in London.
