stability ball warm up
Warming up, every year I get older the longer and more serious my warm up This is a stability ball warm up that I do, and will use with many of my clients. (some portions of it or different variations) I like using the stability ball because you can start at a level where you are fully supported and slightly unloaded. As you begin to increase your range of motion you can progress to much more challenging exercises that will activate the nervous system and demand more core stability.
