Cyberpunk 2077 vs GTA IV, Game Mechanics Comparison

How does Cyberpunk 2077 hold up in terms of openworld mechanics against the twelveyearold Rockstar game GTA IV Comparing basic RPG, RP mechanics from the Grand Theft Auto series to Cyberpunk 2077.
