2020 Ducati Superleggera V4 Awesome Supersports Bike
Number 001 of the limited and numbered series of 500 gloriously beautiful Ducati Superleggera V4 costing a whisker under 90, 000 has rolled off the production line of the Borgo Panigale plant in Bologna, Northern Italy. The superbling Superleggera V4 is the only bike in the world approved for road use with a carbon fibre frame, swingarm and wheels. In its bid to shed weight, the Superleggera makes extensive use of carbon fibre; the bike gets an all new carbon fibre front frame and carbon fibre biplane wings. The Italian motorcycle maker has also used carbon fibre for fairing, wheels, and even mudguards. At the heart of Superleggera V4 is the Desmosedici 998 cc V4 engine that has been made lighter and retuned to churn out 221 bhp and 119 Nm of peak torque. But slap on Akrapovic racing exhaust and the power can go all the way to 231 horses. The engine is offered in combination with a sixspeed gearbox with DQS up, down quickshifter.
