Iowa regulators plan to sue a police department over video footage it won t fully release of a cop killing a mother of three, when he tried to shoot the family dog. Officer Jesse Hill shot and killed Autumn Steele after responding to a domestic disturbance at her house. The officer fired two shots aimed for the family s charging dog, but hit Steele instead. Steele s family is not satisfied by the short clip the police have released and are demanding they release the full body cam video.
