Backbend Training January to May 2012
I have decided I am probably a better frontbender than back, but the saga continues anyway. Yogis need to balance both directions. The following asanas, or variations thereof are included: Valakhilyasana Bhujangasana Padangustha Dhanurasana Ganda Bherundasana Natarajasana Kapotasana Tiriang Mukhottanasana Eka Pada Padangustha Dhanurasana Shalabhasana Also included: Elbowstand and Handstand Lotus Hollowback toward Triplefold and Headsit (which I need to regain)
