Various shots of very Aryan looking women exercising in bizarre looking circular frames. The girls are strapped inside the frames, by wiggling their bodies they make the frames move like spinning plates. Various shots of young women gracefully rolling the frame along like a wheel by flexing their bodies. Various shots of four girls using one exercise wheel; two are hang from inside it, the others sort of leap frog over it. Looks quite comical. M, S of 4 pairs of girls using wheels like seesaws.
