They are completely wet, and from these images we can see they are full of flies. The first person who found them took them out of the stroller, took the stroller for herself, and left the newborn babies behind She put them in a box, and just left them there in the exact same place A second person contacted us about the newborns, asking for help. He left the box with the puppies at a bus stop when they found out we were going to rescue them, The babies eyes arent even open yet.
