Thousands Protest over Police Shootings in Chicago
Thousands of protesters Thursday evening marched along the streets of Chicago, outraged by the deadly shooting of two AfricanAmerican men by white police officers in Minnesota and Louisiana. Some protesters were seen delivering speeches, and called on people to resist police abuse of power and violent lawenforcement behavior. Harold Hall, one of the protesters, expressed fear not just for himself, but for the AfricanAmerican community as a whole and the younger generation.
