Growing up in a military family, Teddie spent much of her childhood exposed to the wonderful architecture of Europe. Her experiences traveling, coupled with her namesake aunts approach to design, spurred Teddies love for interior decorating and hospitality. Living in a high rise apartment posed a unique challenge for Teddie in bringing elements of nature into her home. Vibrant greens, scenic landscape murals and pops of animal print fabrics mimic the environments and cultures Teddie grew especially fond of while living abroad. A collector of decommissioned museum artwork, each room is thoughtfully layered with beautiful paintings and prints some of which Teddie has painted herself.
