Texas police officer rescues man and dogs from floodwaters
Police bodycam footage captured the rescue of a resident and three dogs from a flooded neighborhood in north Houston, Texas. According to the Houston Police Department, Marine Enforcement Unit Officer H. Scott heard a resident screaming for help in a flooded trailer park. He used a jet ski to rescue the man who was stranded with his dog, in muddy water that was almost 10 feet deep. The officer then jumped into the water to rescue a second dog that belonged to the resident and transferred them to a police boat.
