Isaiah 55 Is Anyone Thirsty , , Bible in Song , , Project of Love

Junkfood. The name says it all. Like fast food. It s food for when you re in a hurry, wanna eat something easy and fast. But we KNOW it s not healthy food. Matter of fact, it leaves you hungry, bloated and unfulfilled. This Isaiah foreshadows the words of Jesus: Anyone who is thirsty may come to me (John 7:37 NLT) And best of all, it s completely free ( Why pay for food that does you no good Isa 55:2 NLT) And better still, it s the finest food and drink you ll ever encounter Isn t it ironic, that we KNOW what s good for us, still so often we settle for less, with inferior food and drink. Leaving us wanting more. But note what it says: Hungry Thirsty. This is not talking about feeling a bit peckish, a quick snack or anything like that. But about wandering through the wilderness, through the desert and all you can think about is a tall glass of cool water. T
