He comes out pushing Swallow Gadabout, the first type mass produced scooter. The scooters are mostly for export. C, U of engine cover being lifted to show the engine. The man gets on the scooter, kicks the starter and drives off down the street. He stops to buy a newspaper from street vendor outside Sloane Square tube station. Various shots of man on scooter driving through heavy traffic. He stops at a garage for petrol. C, U of man putting petrol pump into scooter.
