While in Slidell, LA powerful wind gusts associated with the eyewall caused power issues and caused some minor damage at the Home Depot, Flash flooding was an issue on Highway 190 as vehicles stalled and flew through flood waters nearly hitting a gentlemen riding on a bicycle.
