London. Several craftsmen sit at workbenches, working on pieces of jewellery. We see various shots of a man making a piece of diamond jewellery that can be converted into several different accessories to wear. The diamonds are set in the newest metal to be used for milady s adornment palladium. The main floral piece of the jewellery is fitted onto a necklace. The craftsman shows it to a supervisor who nods his head in approval. He takes it to a model in a strapless evening gown. She is already wearing a matching bracelet. The man puts the necklace on the girl s neck. The big diamonds are mounted on fine palladium wire springs, so they become one mass of quivering brilliance at the wearer s slightest movement.
