Iran: Teen protester Nika Shakaramis body stolen, sources say BBC News
Iranian security forces stole the body of a 16yearold protester, and buried her secretly in a village, sources close to the family have said. The family had planned to bury Nika Shakarami on Monday, but her body was snatched and buried in a village about 40km (25 miles) away, the sources said. Nika went missing for 10 days after protesting in Tehran on 20 September. Unrest in Iran was triggered by the death of Mahsa Amini, a 22yearold Kurdish woman who fell into a coma after being detained by morality police on 13 September for allegedly violating the law requiring women to cover their hair with a hijab, or headscarf. She died in hospital three days later. Please subscribe HERE , Iran, BBCNews
