TRIP REPORT, ALITALIA: Delayed due to Severe Storm , Rome to London Heathrow

ALITALIA Trip Report from Rome to London Heathrow on an Airbus A320 on a stormy summer morning. A nice flight with Alitalia from Rome to London. The flight was initially delayed, as a storm built up exactly over the airport. The delay wasn t nice but the views on the airport windows were nice to record. Safety is always first, so the delay was completely normal. From the flight itself, I would like to highlight 2 things: first, the incredible views after the departure, flying inside some very dense and dark clouds; and second, the amazing approach to Heathrow. We had some stunning views of London downtown a very low altitude.
