Multiple people dead in Jersey City, New Jersey mass shooting: raw video

Prosecutors say that one police officer has been killed in a standoff in Jersey City. Two more officers and a civilian were wounded. SWAT teams, state police and federal agents responded to the scene, and police blocked off the area Tuesday.
