Handstand is part of the breaking BASICS. We all need to learn it and it s something you can always do and get better at, no matter how long you ve been breaking. Put it into your warm up routine and just try and hold it for as long as you can. If you just started practicing the handstand you have to do it every day a couple times to get comfortable on your hands. Your wrist will hurt at first from correcting your balance. This is part of the process. Then your muscles will get sore but the more you practice the longer you can hold it.
