Full title reads: Legion review at Cleveland and Washington United States of America (USA). Exservicemen parade through city streets. They pass several military officers and a blonde woman (celebrity ). The men march behind State banners (we see one for New York). M, S of regiment of policemen marching. Various shots of exservicemen and women from Ohio, they all wave sticks of corn. Various shots of marching band, they are dressed in Native American (Red Indian) costumes. M, S of woman majorette waving a baton as she marches. M, S of father and young son, both dressed in matching military uniforms. M, S of men in World War One Uniforms forming tableaux on a float. Various shots of very elderly exservicemen probably veterans from American campaigns of late 19th century, possibly American Civil War (some of them look very ancient ).
