Neverwinter Mod 19 Barbarian DPS Build v. 2 Universal 100 Mount Bolster Stats Boons Gear Rotations

Here is my barbarian dps build well i will call it v. 2 not update as mount changes placed quite abit effect on secondary stats and i did explained what i changed in terms of gear and why, enchantments, utilities, offenseive and defensive stayed same, how i managed because of the, absolutely not needed 100 percent mount bolster with mythic mounts, to replace companions and it gave me more space to manoveur trough the stats and play with them, same goes for the boons.
