Titles read: SCHOOL FOR JAYDRIVERS Vienna, Austria. Brief shots of traffic on a busy city street. A traffic policeman stops a motorcyclist as he tries to make a last minute turn, cutting up a car coming behind him. He has a word with the rider (in biking leathers) who protests (mute ). We then see the motorbike rider in a class with lots of other jayriders, being taught good driving methods by a man in uniform standing at a blackboard.
