Rachel Blues Practice Log 3, 12, 2014 Hoop Machine

Well, here I am, after a few months of hoop. Lots of work still to be done, but I like how crisp my movements are at current, and the little innovative bits with contact pressure points from cstaff tech that I ve managed to integrate in. I want to move into more techy movements and develop more variation so I can express a little more articulately, Hoop is quite the rabbit hole to fall into. Music is Machine, by Koda.
