Captain Jack Harkness mentioned in Knight Rider (2008)

One of the few American mentions of Doctor Who and, or Torchwood I ve seen. One of the character s (Billy I think) dresses up as Captain Jack for Halloween. Unfortunently, this show was cancelled after only one season (even though it had it s rough patches I still liked better than the Cape anyway).
