Steven Hiscoe Shihan is the owner and chief instructor of Hiscoe JiuJitsu located in Chilliwack BC. He is also the vicepresident of the Canadian JiuJitsu Union. In this video, taken at the 2013 Canadian JiuJitsu Union Winter Camp, he demonstrate how to escape from a front throat grab into a figure 4 elbow lock.
