Two Outward Bound Sail Boats Trying to row Under the Blyman Bridge against the tide in Gloucester Harbor. The first boat made it just under the bridge. Unfortunately they came to a standstill because of the fast moving tide. They both backed up to wait for the slack tide. Approx. 2 hour wait. 05, 30, 2009. GOOD TRY
