Eric Lilliebridge week 1 meet prep bench training for GPA Worlds
This was my first heavy bench workout for my meet prep towards GPA Worlds in November. I caught a bad cold, sore throat a couple days ago so I felt like shit going into this workout. I felt really tired and fatigued and I haven t been able to eat as much as I d like. I ve managed to gain back a couple pounds since the weekend but not where I wanted to be body weight wise. I was shooting for 67 reps on my top set but I just didn t have the energy to try grinding out a 7th rep. I figured going in and doing so
