Puckerage, Hertfordshire. When the milkman goes off on honeymoon, the vicar and his wife step in and deliver milk to the whole village. Shots of Rev. Ross Sage and wife driving around village in milk float. The vicar and his wife are then shown delivering milk to doorsteps, including the local pub The Crown and Falcon. In one comic instance, the vicar delivers milk to a front door without realising his wife has already delivered milk to the back door. They make the same mistake again when delivering their own milk to the vicarage. Mrs S. comes out of vicarage and gives the vicar a brown case with his sermon notes in. They drive off, stopping to give a man mowing his lawn his milk. C, U man drinking from the bottle. Various C, Us of milk in float. FILM A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
