Firefighters from across EU battle huge wildfire in France BBC News

Hundreds of firefighters from at least seven EU countries are joining efforts to combat a huge wildfire in southwestern France. It has already destroyed about 7, 400 hectares (18, 286 acres) of forest, officials say.
