A bald womans guide to survival: Michelle Law at TEDx South Bank Women

Michelle is a Brisbane based screenwriter, essayist, columnist and blogger. Her work was first published in Black Inc s anthology, Growing up Asian in Australia. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Creative Writing from QUT, Michelle s fiction and nonfiction has appeared in publications such as The Lifted Brow, Stilts journal, and Penguin s Women of Letters anthology. As a screenwriter, she has worked on the story development team and written multiplatform content for Fox8 s SLiDE, Box Watch, for The Lifted Brow, and is in the process of producing a short film set for production in 2013. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, selforganized events that bring people together to share a TEDlike experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, selforganized events are branded TEDx, where x independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidan
