Meet the Newest Toronto Police Recruits

On Thursday, February 4th, 2016, the Toronto Police Service was pleased to host a graduation ceremony for 44 new police recruits at the Toronto Police College. In this video, members of Recruit Class 1503 and senior Command officers discuss what makes a good police officer, and reflect on the role of community service in policing, as well as their skills, training, and competencies, and the pride they hold in the uniform. Toronto Police Recruit Graduation Class 1503 is representative of Torontos diverse cultural community and brings a superior level of varied knowledge and abilities to the Service, including language skills, previous military or policing experience and postsecondary education.
