After Monk s brother, Ambrose, accidentally ingests the a candy bar which may contain the killer s poison (tetrachlorodrine), Monk tries to save him while explaining the case. Witnesses saw the shooter, who used the drivers own gun for the shooting. Monk looks for clues, but before he can get too deep into the case, he gets a phone call from his brother, Ambrose.
