Norman Evans (1938)
Note: Probably filmed in the Pathe studio. L, S and M, S of the comedian and entertainer Norman Evans standing next to a piano. He says Ladies and gentlemen here is an introduction to a very young friend of mine we call Jacko He produces Jacko from the inside of his jacket, he turns out to be a small puppet in the shape of a fluffy monkey. Evans then proceeds to smokes a cigarette and blow smoke which Jacko finds fascinating until Evans blows it in the puppet s face which makes it sneeze. Evans makes Jacko shyly waves goodbye to the audience. Several shots of Evans playing the song Home Sweet Home in a comic style of a young boy and then a professional organist.
