Treadwall Triple
The combo of one hard route, followed by two moderate routes on the Treadwall. The goal is to increase my endurance and recovery. I start the day after warming up with two double hard hard routes with 5 minute rest in between. Then I move to the triple and do one hard followed by t moderate routes all in a row, nonstop. I do three sets of that with a 5 minute rest in between each. Then I finish with 4 efforts on one hard route. It is destructive, but good.
