Naga Munchetty, the popular host of BBC Breakfast and BBC Radio 5 Live, has received an outpouring of praise and admiration from her fans and followers after she posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed on Instagram. The photo, which showed Naga smiling and giving a thumbs up while hooked up to a blood donation machine, was accompanied by a caption that read: Good morning bbcbreakfast work done. (sic) The 48yearold journalist, who had just finished hosting the morning show with Charlie Stayt, explained in a video that she had decided to donate blood after her shift and encouraged others to do the same. She said: Ive just done the breakfast shift and Ive just nipped into the donor centre to give some blood. It will be over in about 10 or 15 minutes. Im feeling good.
