How to make Beef Stew
Stay warm all winter with my version of Beef Stew. With meltingly tender beef, youll love the deep flavour of the sauce in this beef stew recipe. 400 gr. stewing beef 1 onion 1 carrot 30 gr. celery 10 gr. sliced ginger 4 potatoes 2 cloves of garlic 100ml. white wine 50 gr. butter 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp. flour 500 ml water or beef broth small bunch of parsley salt, pepper to taste Reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer 1 hour or until beef is tender.
