Flooding Devastates West Virginia

At least 20 people were killed in flooding in West Virginia on Thursday and Friday, after torrential downpours hit the state. Employees and customers were stranded in the Crossings Mall shopping plaza in Elkview overnight, after the access road to the shopping center was washed away by high water on Thursday.
