, ARCHIVE: A grand theft auto and alleged DUI suspect was taken into custody in Encino after leading Los Angeles Police Officers on a slowspeed chase through the San Fernando Valley that lasted about 90 minutes. The chase ended on Ventura Boulevard near Woodley Avenue after officers performed a PIT maneuver, blocked the car in and the driver surrendered.
