Double trouble Light plane crashes twice on New Zealand beach
The pilot of a light aircraft crashes twice and luckily escapes on the same day after first making an emergency landing on a New Zealand beach and then crashing again while trying to take off. A scenic flight to run in a new engine turned to double disaster for an Auckland pilot. Pilot Dennis Horn said the engine stopped, forcing him to make an emergency landing on Mahurangi Beach.
