Working on Weak Muscular Link, and Some Legs, Shoulders, and Triceps. Today I m taking you through some hamstring work with some Romanian Deadlifts and then I m moving onto quadriceps with some Leg Presses. After that, I ll be doing some Side Lateral Raises, Shoulder Presses, and some Rear Delt Work. Triceps comes last in this workout with some Press Downs and some Overhead Triceps Extensions.
