Thailand passes landmark bill to legalize same sex marriage

Members of Thailands LGBTQ+ community celebrated the passing in the Senate of a bill recognizing marriage equality. This will make Thailand the first country in Southeast Asia and the third in Asia, after Taiwan and Nepal, to allow samesex marriage.
