Dog takes owner for ride in dog cart

Heidi Douts recently tooled around Long s Park on a cool afternoon. She was riding in her DPV, or dogpowered vehicle. Aya, a Rottweiler, pulled Douts on a threewheeled cart fashioned from a bicycle and a jogging stroller. Her tongue out, her eyes bright, Aya lifted her feet in a sprightly manner, pacing it off like a thoroughbred before breaking into a full gallop.
