Mid Back Rotation
Here is an awesome, MidBackRotation exercise that can literally be done anywhere if you dont mind digging your face into the floor. This stretch is a spin off of the yoga pose called thread the needle, but it is a little more intense Do 20 repetitions of this on both sides or hold each side for 12 minutes. Start with the tighter side .. There are a million ways to stretch the thoracic spine, but we found this one to be the easiest and most effective one to do without equipment. You can do it at home, in the gym, in the isle of a plane, or in line at the DMV its very versatile. . . Thoracic rotation and extension is extremely limited for SO many people. Improving both will improve your breathing, reduce midback pain, and improve your sport.
