How to turn your horse without twisting your body with Dressage Mechanic, Leif Aho
In this lesson the rider works on turning corners without bulging out the corner, the rider is more dominant on one side so she tends to twist her body which causes the horse to either cut corners, or bulge out of corners. Leif talks about Rebars and how to think of your upper body as a box, a right side front and back and a left side front ant back. The rider also works on posting and sitting trot later on in the video. Loxahatchee, Florida based Dressage training, lessons and boarding facility.
