Rasgulla (Oriya: ରସଗଲ rasagola; Sanskrit: रसगलकम rasagolakam; Bengali: রসগলল rôshogolla; Urdu: رس گلہ rasgullā; Hindi: रसगलल rasgullā) is a cheesebased, syrupy sweet dish originally from the Indian state of Odisha.
