Punk musician Caff describes how he creates his look. Caff (Declan Caffrey) shows how he creates his spiky hairstyle using soap and how he applies his eyeliner and lipstick. On his attitude to wearing makeup, Caff says, If you want to do it, do it. Dont let anyone or anything stop you from doing it. Just be yourself be what you want to be. Caff was a member of bands Paranoid Visions and Dreamcreeper. This episode of Borderline was broadcast on 7 February 1987. Borderline was a Saturday morning teenage programme that covered music, fashion and film.
