Hope you guys found this tutorial very helpful for your future mermaid looks Give this video a big thumbs up for me and be sure to be subscribed xoxo Add On Note: the reason my shells are UNDER my netting is because I decided to use double sided dress tape, which you can find in lingerie stores, onto the rim of the shells and pasted it onto my breasts and then used the netting as an optional cover up, so you can do that if you would like If you want it under but not taped onto you, glue the shell on top
