Let s continue yesterday s drawing by introducing some values. Let s remember that value just means variation in tone. In this case we will be shading in values with the graphite pencils. The next video or so will be continuing the shading process since it does merit careful inspection to develop the illusion of form. Let s remember this drawing will be used as a study, and a transfer drawing for a portrait painting.
