When a baseball gets knocked through the window of a haunted house, Alice is the only kid brave enough to enter. In the second official Alice Comedy short, the formula becomes wellestablished. Alice gets knocked unconscious, dreaming that she s back in Cartoonland, which is now overrun by SPOOKS One of them turns out to be her friend Julius the Cat, who would become the cartoon star of the series. This version of Alice s Spooky Adventure uses a cleaner Dutch version of the film, with Englishlanguage text replacing the speech cards. The original title card appears to have been lost to time, so this one is an approximation of what it would ve looked like.
