NOT FOR BROADCAST Contact Brett Adair with Live Storms Media to license. Copious amounts of rain, coupled with high tide, brought moderate flooding around the Charleston area Saturday morning. This video shows motorists stranded in downtown, firefighters were called to help people out of their vehicles. Homes and businesses also had water coming into them.
